The purpose of "The Forum" is primarily to increase dialog and assist those struggling with a specific objective, process or concept. Students are encouraged to post their class questions to get input from other students. Please be reminded that there will be few visitors at any one time so please allow sufficient time for a response.

Respondents are discouraged form simply sharing answers to assignments. An inappropriate response to the question "did anyone get #4a from section 2" would be, "the answer is ...". An appropriate response might be, "that concept's fully explained in the preceding section or "look at the second link in the oceanography section"...

"The Forum" will remain open as long as it appears to be benefiting a significant number of students and is not regularly abused. Inappropriate use includes but not limited to: Profanity, Personal attacks, Comments about students/teachers/administrators etc.
